The characteristics and uses of cold rolled products are as follows:
- These products are characterized by a smooth and delicate surface color, which can be used as a base material for automotive stamping parts and home appliances where appearance quality is important, such as CQ2, DQ, etc.
- The mechanical properties of the products are diversified and homogeneous. For example, CQS for iron barrels, CQ1 for pipe making, SPCE ultra-deep drawn mild steel for automobile and motorcycle components that require strict processing, and high-strength steel for all kinds of various structural parts or reinforcing parts that require strength.
- The finished products are characterized by expansibility and extensibility: processed cold-rolled products are heat-treated with carburizing and nitriding to make their surfaces hardened and wear-resistant. For example, S35CM mid/high carbon steel for chains, SPP heat-resistant low carbon steel for enamel coating, and all kinds of steel for surface coating such as painting, electroplating, laminating, etc., further expanding the applications of the products.
